"Rezgo is Awesome!"
I’m giving Rezgo a solid 5-star rating! For the last couple of years, I’ve been using their services. The user interface is super user-friendly, even for someone like me who isn’t exactly a tech whiz. I had no trouble hooking up the WordPress Rezgo plugin to my website, and now I can sell my tours online. There are no sneaky fees, and the commission is pretty low (just 1 percent on the back end), which is fantastic! You only get charged when a booking happens on your site. Plus, there’s a ‘Book Now’ button that I’ve added to my page. Two thumbs up—my little business is really into Rezgo!

"Our Experience with Rezgo Over the Last 4 Months"
For around four months, we've been using Rezgo and couldn't be happier with its user-friendliness. Whenever we needed help, the responses were quick, and the platform is super simple to navigate. Definitely give it a thumbs up!

"A solid choice, but the fees..."
This is a solid choice and the fees aren't too steep. I'd rate Rezgo a solid 5 stars if they offered a card deposit option, like the $1000 that car rentals hold on credit cards.

"Areas for Enhancement:"
Here are some areas for enhancement:
- It'd be great to have a rep based in Australia so we can get help during business hours; right now, live chat is only up until 11am AEST.
- Allow us to create our own gift certificates, customized with specific amounts.
- It would be super handy to send group messages via SMS or email to the whole lesson group at once, instead of reaching out to each person individually or hunting down their contact info one by one.

"Rezgo has its perks, but there's one issue..."
Rezgo is a solid platform, but the main downside I notice is the cart functionality. It keeps asking for the same personal info over and over when it really should let you input it just once. After that, you ought to be able to keep adding more items to your cart without hassle. I’d love to see this get fixed for a smoother experience.

"Using Rezgo is a breeze!"
I really like how simple Rezgo is to navigate, letting me tweak and add details without any hassle. It functions great on both desktop and mobile, which is awesome since I can modify tour info from just about anywhere. One thing I wish Rezgo would do is set up a feature that shows all my tours in a calendar format. That way, guests could just click on a date and check out all the available tour options.

"Overall, a solid service"
Overall, a solid service that's pretty straightforward to grasp and get going with. However, I really think it would be great to have some sort of translation or multilingual feature. When it comes to the tours and activities industry, being able to communicate in folks' native tongues is super crucial. Sure, it might seem like a lot of work to write in multiple languages, but having an automatic translation option for the top 4 or 5 languages would be a game changer. You could tweak the texts if you’re not satisfied with the translation or just leave them as is.

"Simple to navigate, yet"
From what I've seen, it appears pretty straightforward to use, but I'm not thrilled with how the programs are arranged on the SurfGroms community site. I'm uncertain if it's a restriction from RezGo or maybe our site admins, but it really gets on my nerves.

"Give Rezgo a try!"
So far, Rezgo has been the top booking platform I've tried. It's just right for marketing my tours on amatungulu.com in US dollars, dependable, and the coolest thing? If you're just starting out with no cash flow, it’s a free option to kick things off and attract customers.

"Close to Perfect but Not Quite"
Setting up Rezgo has been a breeze, and it has a really sleek and professional look. We've definitely seen a boost in our online bookings thanks to Rezgo. I appreciate the ability to sync it with my calendar; that's super handy. My main gripes are about blocking out certain days; I’d rather have a setup like Viator’s. When it comes to mapping tours with Viator, I hardly ever hear back from Rezgo about how things are going on their side, and I suspect Viator might be part of the issue too. While the Rezgo system isn't entirely suited to our needs, it's getting pretty close.

"My Experience with Rezgo Over the Years"
I've been using Rezgo ever since they rolled out their booking system about 8 years back. If you ever need help, they’re super quick to respond, and I’ve only reached out to them once to get clarity on a few features. Since day one, Rezgo has been up and running 24/7 without any hiccups in connectivity.

"Easy to Use and Effective"
The absence of an initial fee and the fact that charges are based on a percentage of bookings through the platform makes it perfect for beginners. We’ve set up the WordPress Plugin, and it seems to function nicely after a bit of tweaking. The customer support team is both efficient and dependable. However, I do have a few concerns: 1) Multilingual support is still not offered, despite numerous requests 2) Multi-currency options are also lacking 3) Add-on services aren’t available during the checkout process. Overall, it’s a fantastic piece of software that’s user-friendly and really helps us get started. If they can make some improvements, we’d definitely want to continue using it.

"Game-Changer for Our Business"
Since 2014, we've been using Rezgo, and let me tell ya, it's been a game-changer. The platform is easy to use and works great on mobile, which has really boosted our online bookings. They keep rolling out new features, many of which we've suggested, and the Rezgo team is always quick to respond. We really appreciate the APIs for Expedia and Viator, the RefID capture for our referral partners, and the connection to TripAdvisor Review Express. You can check it out on the Phare, The Cambodian Circus website.

"Awesome support, but the Wordpress plugin needs work"
The support team is fantastic, but the Rezgo Wordpress plugin is pretty sluggish when it comes to booking dates. I ended up having to connect my booking page straight to Rezgo, which added some extra hassle. Other than that, I've been satisfied with everything else.
